First Floor Rec Room [Sunday, Afternoon]

There was no way even Chuck could manage to remain oblivious to a weekend like this. He loved kids, so entertaining his little maybe-future-niece for the day was kind of an awesome way to spend a Sunday.

Which did not mean he wasn't thanking every god he could think of that he didn't have to deal with the fact that somehow, somewhere, he had a kid with Morgan again. The thought still weirded him out a year on.

Being uncle Chuck to little Clara was a way easier way to spend a weekend.... Even if she had just squashed him flat with her Mario Kart.

"Oh hey, that is... cheating. Definitely. So much with the cheating." It wasn't.

[[It's a common room-y place, so open.]]

That was encouraging her to continue the giggling approach. "I'm only good at this game because of you. So it's all your fault!"

"Uh huh! Victory will be mine! Again!" Clara replied, preparing for the next battle with her war face. Well, her adorable, very non-threatening, war face.

"He doesn't scare me," Clara grinned. "And I won't let you win like I said I would. I only let Uncle Morgan win sometimes."

That was the truth.

"Mom doesn't mind Uncle Morgan that much," Clara said, shrugging. "But it's Daddy who really lets me. He gets along with everyone."

"He is awesome," Clara said, beaming. "No brothers or sisters, yet, but I want some! Maybe someday. Is Aunt Sarah here anywhere? Or is she like my dad and didn't go to school here?"

She had to ask.
