Second Floor Common Room, Tuesday Evening

So, Ramona and Tony had had a bet. Or a dare. Whatever, same kind of thing. It had taken her entirely too long, but she had washed the dye out of her hair, and actually added a nice little brown sheen to it, but nevertheless, it was her natural color.

She thought it looked weird -- and not like her at all -- but whatever, she was the clear winner here. And why was that? Because of the boy in the towel.

Even if he was refusing to remove it. She knew what color his hair was under there. Which was why she'd dragged Tony out to the common room, to 'socialize.'

Look, even if Ramona preferred having her hair in pinks or turquoises or oranges or whatever, she knew she was going to get a lot less laughter thrown her way. And it was all his fault for (a) agreeing, and (b) letting her pick the color. Oh, Tony.

So she'd turned on the TV in an effort to pretend like she was doing something other than making fun of poor, innocent, pink-haired Tony, but really, she was keeping an eye on him to keep him from bolting, and on the door to see who would come to look.

[open common room is open! Ramona is a brunette for the time being, and Tony will have pink hair, yes. :)]

"Your parents let you?" Tony asked. "My dad would have... probably laughed, actually."

Tony opened his mouth to respond before thinking better of it and shaking his head. "Maybe just a picture for my friend Rhodey."

Who probably wouldn't put it up online.

"James Rhodes," Tony amended. "So... Rhodey. I've known him since forever. His mom was my dad's attorney."

Oh yeah. Howard Stark was so big on making sure Tony got socialized as a kid. Can't you tell?

"He'll find out eventually," Tony replied. Because Tony would call him tomorrow morning asking why the hell he thought dying his hair pink was a good idea.

"And I can always shut down his X-Box if he goes too far."

"If it's mechanical, I can do anything with it."

"It would be a very tiny helicopter..." He'd need more materials than that for a large one.

"It would be a Stark original," he added with a wave of his hand. "A collectors item."

"Why else would you have a miniature helicopter?"

Maybe if he ever met a Pym...

"Does that happen here?"

"Yeah, I managed to hide from all of that this weekend." And survive on Hot Pockets in his lab. Because that wasn't dorky at all.

"Hopefully it won't happen again while we're here," Tony added. "Because yeah. I'm not looking at kids for myself either."

"...and probably crash it."

Oh sure. Ramp up those daddy issues!

"...Yeah, hiding in my lab would be better."
