The meeting was back in the dorms today. Nothing too crazy after a weekend of running around as kids, thank you very much.

“Hey everyone,” Tony said. “It’s going to be a very easy meeting with some cartoons Warren had.”

Because Tony didn’t watch cartoons. Or anything.

"Nothing really fancy," Warren added, holding up a couple of DVDs. "Some Adolescent Mutated Samurai Frogs and old episodes of the Y-People from back in the 90s, mostly. Being a kid again kind of inspired me to get my hands on some of my favorites from when I was a kid."

And being a Worthington meant that he could get his hands on them quickly! Double-bonus!

Rich kids!

“Sit back and enjoy, okay?” Tony said cheerfully.

There was, of course, the usual amount of food.

Why did Fandom keep embarrassing him? Why?

Topher was just going to put his (fortunately newly de-mohawked) head down, thank you. That strategy was usually pretty effective.

Ben hadn't been little, but he was more than fine with ~~free food~~ watching cartoons this afternoon.

And if he was giving certain club members amused looks, well, they had been cute kids, okay?

"Mohawk's gone," Topher announced to Ben without lifting his head up.

That was the single best thing about the day so far, yes.

"Yeah, sorry about that," Ben said with a blush. "It had seemed like a good idea at the time?"

Right after tossing Warren through a wall seemed like genius.

Ben was just full of astral ideas!

"Yeah, 's fine," Topher said. "Least it's gone now. Peter said it was the dumbest thing he'd ever seen."

"And he'd know dumb," Ben said a little dryly.

Topher winced and finally picked his head up, looking at the bacta bandage on his hand. "Look, I shouldn't have whined to you about him," he said. "He isn't usually... I mean, he's not..."

Ben made a face. "I know what Peter's like," he said flatly. "You have nothing to be apologizing for."

"He isn't usually," Topher repeated, partly in defense of his friend and partly for his own sake. "Ender even said. He's different now."

"Mm," Ben said, which could be taken as agreeing.

Even though he didn't really.

"Has he apologized, then?"

"Haven't seen him," Topher said with a shake of his head. Which... didn't mean he would. It didn't even mean he thought Peter would. "I mean, I guess it wasn't even really his fault. You know. Entirely."

"Your stuff just wandered off on its own, then?" Ben asked.

"I mean, I gave it to him," Topher explained. "He just asked." Ordered. Whatever.

Of all the times to start taking responsibility for his actions.

"Uh huh," Ben said dubiously.

"Look, I was a dumb kid," Topher said finally, glancing down again. "He was older than me and made that face and --" Okay, Topher. Calm down. "What's in this bandage, anyway?"

"Bacta," Ben said. "It can fix pretty much anything if you give it enough time."

"It helps," he said, nodding. "Thanks."

"Any time," Ben said with a smile. "Same goes for calculus homework."

"Okay, I know calculus just fine," Topher made sure to inform him, holding up both hands. In case there was any doubt. "And your explanation of integrals was, like, way off, anyway."

Proooobably not.

Ben snorted. "I think you're remembering wrong."

"Okay, Mr. Doesn't-Mention-Multiple-Integration," Topher scoffed.

"You were what, five?" Ben scoffed. "I didn't want to make it too complicated."

"I would've understood!"

"Next time I'll remember," Ben promised.

Billy had been wary about coming to the frat, especially after his experience on Thursday, but he'd told Topher that he would come, so here he was. He was only a little nervous, really.

Richie was relieved (mostly, though being five had its merits) to be a teenage boy again instead of a five year old. That had been weird. And he'd spent most of the day sleeping off the weirdness, or maybe he'd just been being lazy. One of those.

In any case he was here now, ready for some normal teenage stuff. Which apparently meant watching cartoons.

Like the kid you might have been this weekend.

When they tag in.

Warren had cookies! They were double-chocolate and homemade and awesome and they were his.

... Rapunzel had helped him make them on the weekend, and so help him, Warren was going to appreciate a homemade cookie or ten that didn't have mustard or something in it while he had the chance. Perfect Samurai Frogs-watching munching, thank you.
