Fifth Floor Common Room [early afternoon]
There were times when Dany well and truly hated the island. Today was one of those times. She'd risen late, and gotten dressed and brushed and braided her hair before she'd noticed he was missing. A search through her closet produced nothing, and he wasn't under her bed (or Petra's, as she'd peeked there too.) Drogon had somehow gotten out, and now she was in a blind panic looking for him.
Her search had led her out into the hall, then down into the common room, her silks fluttering as she hurried, and the other two dragons racing after her. She checked everywhere a small dragon might hide, but it wasn't until she heard the scratching in a high-up cabinet in the kitchen that she located him. It took the assistance of a chair, but once she opened the cabinet, she found Drogon, looking at her quizzically and confused.
While she had no idea how the island did this, she also was more willing to blame it rather than the dragon himself. He couldn't open doors, after all. She cuddled him close to her, sighing, and then peered into the cabinet to try and find some of those fruit-flavored hoops she liked.
[open common room is open. yes, she is still standing on a chair. method rp? where? also, SP after about 4:30 EDT]

"He scared me half to death," Dany replied, half-heartedly glaring at the little dragon.

She paused, blushing slightly. "I tried."
She'd been worried too.

It at least it led to him being here now.
"I'm starting to think I take being tall for granted." The not needing chairs to reach top cupboards was handy.

Drogon, for his part, did not seem concerned with his semi-scolding.

"It's gone, anyway." Just to clarify.

She barely understood those, too.

"... What's so important about Bruce being my roommate?"

If in doubt, blame the island.
"I think I three-minute-dated your friend..." Because that needed to be shared, and wasn't a slightly odd thing to blurt out at all. "Not recently." In case she was worried. "She seemed nice."

"Also I find it best to do what the zombies hitting instruments tell me to," he added, a grin quirking his features. "It's a self-preservation thing."
He tried, anyway.

"Which works, I guess." Or so Columbus had promised.

Don't worry about explaining any of that jargon, Dany.

"What's the Wall?" Well, a wall, obviously. But the way she said it it sounded a little more than the regular sort of wall.

"... Is this country not the one with your people?" Well, Drogo's people, who were now her people. There were certain details he hadn't quite nailed down.

She shook that off, tilting her head. "What is the Boogeyman?"
no subject
"Now I've said that, he's probably real. Somewhere."
