Second Floor Common Room, Thursday Evening
It had been a quiet sort of day, and now Firekeeper and Blind Seer were rounding it off with Chinese food and channel surfing.
Well, okay, Firekeeper was eating the Chinese food (Blind Seer's tastes didn't really run that way) and doing most of the channel-flipping. Blind Seer was mostly taking up one of the couches by sprawling across it.
Unfortunately (or possibly fortunately), Firekeeper had misjudged portion sizes when she'd tried to order just a little bit of everything, and ended up with rather a lot of everything. So she was quite willing to share with anyone who came by.

"Oh, hi," Anakin said, idly extending a hand to Blind Seer in greeting as he wandered in past that couch, the other hand holding onto the datapad that had most of his attention.
". . . oh, food." Yeah, never mind the datapad. "Is that -- can I have some?"

"Of course," Firekeeper nodded. "They give me far too much." And it wasn't exactly the kind of food that kept well in a dorm room.

take a drinkgrin. "But I guess other people benefit from it, so it can't be too bad."He busied himself fixing up a plate (basically a little bit of everything piled atop a thick bed of chow mein) and came back over to sit down near his datapad, eyeing the TV. "Thanks." That was in regard to the food, of course. "Anything good on?"

"And then going back home," he guessed, pretty sure it was an easy conclusion to make. "What's with the vampire shows?"

"Hi!" Annie greeted him. "Are you busy tomorrow?"

Sorry, Annie, but he was juuuuuuuuuuuuust oblivious enough to not consciously realize he couldn't turn that smile down.

"Great! It'll be a lot of fun, I promise."

It wasn't so great when someone burnt popcorn. Just sayin'.
"Chinese?" he asked hopefully, poking his head into the room.

Ben's palate was quite cultured. Really.

Like Mom's spiceloaf, but he wasn't going on the record about that when there were squirrels around.
"Let me guess: the food pulled you in?"

But that was fairly standard for Ben even with the food wasn't Chinese.

"Hi, everyone!" she chirped.
She could so get rid of all of them in a common room, right?

"Hello," Firekeeper waved back. Blind Seer glanced Annie's way and offered a soft 'whuff' of greeting. "There is dinner, if you like," she gestured to the food.
no subject
"Oh, thank you," she said pleasantly. "So hey, while I'm here, Kappa Delta Gremlin's having a party tomorrow if you wanted to stop by."
Time said yes!
