Second floor common room- Monday night

There were pizzas in the kitchen. A few boxes of them, piled up in the kitchen, which Stacey found when she was going looking for dinner.

Stacey assumed she would have heard about any parties if they were happening, and one person couldn't possibly order all this for themselves, could they? So she put them out on the common room table and got some plates for people in case they came through.

She would make herself a salad. Whoever left them for the diabetic to find was kind of mean.

After a desperately needed session of punching things in the gym, Cara was making her way back upstairs when her nose lead her to the common room.

She made a beeline for the boxes. "Those yours?" What? She asked. It totally counted as manners.

Cara looked through the boxes in search of a pizza with a sufficient amount of meat.

If they did belong to someone they had only themselves to blame for leaving their delicious bread, meat and melted cheese unattended.

"You didn't see anything small and green running around?" Unlike some people, she wasn't stupid enough to eat gremlin leftovers.

"Never hurts to check," Cara said, shrugging and carrying her chosen box over to the couch.

The tasty, tasty meat was hers.

Since she hadn't actually intended to do that, Cara probably shouldn't have felt as amused and accomplished as she did. "They like hiding in the air vents," she helpfully added.

"You poor thing." Cara sounded truly sympathetic, really she did.

"Once." The completely and utterly sincere sympathy was actually because she was sure whatever happened to Stacey couldn't possibly match her own indignity.

"Nothing too memorable," Cara lied. Even if she hadn't been Mord'Sith, no amount of torture could have gotten her to admit to thinking she was a pretty, pink princess. Who spoke in rhyme.

"Meaning it wasn't memorable." There was a difference between something being not memorable and not wanting to remember it, Cara.
