Fawn was so relieved to be back in the dorms, back into sharing a larger amount of space with just one other person when it came to sleeping, that she was going to celebrate by actually venturing out of her room and not even to go up to the roof to be all brooding and moody. She was actually going to go to the common room and spend time there. It was crazy talk, she knew, but she went ahead and made herself a sandwich, curled up a little on the couch, and reflected on how this wasn't so bad. Of course, there weren't any people there yet, either, but she flipped through the channels a little, found nothing really interesting on, and contented herself to nosh and read some nice uplifting poetry.

Yup. Definitely beat the tents. If she fell asleep here like she did on the beach, she didn't even have to worry about sand in uncomfortable places.
