First Floor Lobby, All Day (Except during the Pajama Club So Nyah)

Loki was most certainly there ~~and not freakishly late like certain people~~ for his Student Council responsibilities. Most of these responsibilities seemed to involve a lot of glitter.

And playing on his phone.

So, it was pretty much a normal day for him.
