Jessica didn't really feel like checking out whatever was on TV tonight, but it seemed as though the Syfy was calling to her. She could barely resist flipping over to see what motion picture atrocity they were showing tonight.

It was worse than she could have imagined. It seemed there was a marathon of Sarnac Lake movies on tonight. And, okay, that was bad enough and Syfy should have been ashamed of themselves. But the worst thing? "Wait, they made four of these? That is four times as many as I thought possible."

Apparently Jessica was at the "eating popcorn while watching terrible movies about killer crocodiles" stage of grief.

Tony was in need of food that wasn't left over pizza and chips. Which meant it was time to go to a common room to microwave something.

"...is this that movie with Betty White?" No, Tony. Only one of them was. And it wasn't this one.

"I don't think she's in this one, but god I hope she's in this one," Jessica said. "It would make this be less of a train wreck and more... well, of a train wreck starring Betty White, I guess."

Tony leaned against the back of a couch, staring at the TV. "This is... really a train wreck, you're right."

"And in this case, the train wrecks four times. Because they made at least four of these. FOUR, Tony. FOUR," Jessica said.

"Hey, the first one was pretty good." No it wasn't, Tony.

"Keep telling yourself that, boss," Jessica said. "If you can convince yourself, then it's true to you."

"Alligator!" Olive said, pointing at the television and frowning. "Or, wait -- it's a crocodile, right? Which one is this? Aren't there like seventeen?"

"Good catch with the crocodile, no idea on the number of movies. But it's at least four. So I think we can just say there are 'enough' of these. Whatever number that is, it's enough," Jessica said.

"Can there really be enough?" Olive wondered, shaking her head as she took a seat. "Murderous crocodile movies are the gift that keeps on giving, Jessica."

"Yes, there can be enough. Once there's enough to fill a marathon, boom, that's it," Jessica declared.

"How long is a marathon, though?" Olive asked. "Because I say weekend, minimum, if you're doing it right."

"You can start marathoning at three movies, but they better be long movies. Four is preferred," Jessica decided.

"They made that many?" Oh god, Tony's heart was crushed! You know. More than normal.

Petra had leftover Halloween candy and nail polish to play with. It was going to be a good evening. Especially with whatever nonsense this was on the TV.

"Is that a crocodile?"

"Technically, I think that's a terrible special effect," Jessica said. "But it's trying to be a crocodile, and I can respect that."

"Well, I mean, crocodile, terrible special effect, it's all the same thing in the end, right? A for effort," Petra said as she settled into a comfy chair.

"Mostly the same thing. Sometimes I think the animator forgot what crocodiles look like," Jessica said.

"Maybe they didn't have any pictures?" Petra suggested. "And, you know, Google was down."

"It's a... yeah, I'm pretty sure the CGI people don't know either," Tony replied. Because this was important.

"How about we go with crocodile until they get a picture of a real one?" Petra suggested. "Just for simplicity's sake?"
