Isaac had failed on getting his prom stuff in order until today. Some might call it extreme procrastination, he called it being a person who lived dangerously. The person at the suit place looked like he wanted to cry when Isaac told him when the dance was. But, hey, he managed to do it!

He was celebrating his awesome planning skills with popcorn and a marathon of bad 80's slasher flicks. See this is why he never went to summer camp. You get murdered for having sex. So unfair.

Jessica was on her way upstairs when she heard a scream. But a quick check of the common room suggested that the only person in danger here were televised half-naked people who had trouble getting across the emotion 'scared for their lives.' Probably not something to worry about.

"Which one is this, the guy with the knives, the claws, the weird hook thing, or something else?" she checked.

"Hockey mask and a machete," Isaac answered. "Though I think all the rest will be on sometime tonight."

"Can't believe I didn't mention him," Jessica said. "I was never a fan of this one until he went into space. Now that's a premise. A very stupid premise."

"I guess I'm just old fashioned," Isaac said. "I feel nothing beats killing horny camp counselors."

"Just in the movies, right?" Jessica checked. "Because I'm about to graduate, so I'll be in the quote/unquote 'counselor position' if we do the campsite this summer, and I'd rather not side-eye you the whole time just to be safe."

He shook his head. "No, I don't have the requisite mommy issues needed for that kind of serial killer position."

"Glad to hear it," Jessica said. "...You also don't have a hockey mask, right?"

"Uh, no," he said. "I do have a lacrosse helmet though. For playing lacrosse, not for murdering people. I'm murder-free, honest."

"Sounds legit," Jessica said. "I'm satisfied. No side-eyeing from here on out."

"Oh good," he said. "'Cause I wasn't watching to take notes or anything. Just wholesome enjoyment of seeing teens murdered in creative ways."

"Any really good ones yet?" Jessica had to ask.

"Hmm not yet. This guy isn't as creative as, say, Freddy Krueger," he said. "But he does get in some good ones sometimes. Killing the girl with dry ice in the space one was actually pretty good."

"Wasn't someone sucked through a grate in that one into space, too?" Jessica checked. "See, that's fun"

"It's the so-bad-it's-good one," Joker told her. Because that was all of them.

"It's not in space, so I dispute that," Jessica said. "I think these are more bad-bad movies. You have to go way crazier for me."

"Hey, if you're saying horror movies set in space can't be good, then I have just two words for you: Sigourney. Motherfucking. Weaver. ...Wait, that's three words."

"No, I'm saying that the one where he's in space is the good-bad one," Jessica said. "Just at a summer camp? No space station? That doesn't do it for me."

"So... and let me get this straight -- horror movies set at an actual camp aren't campy enough for you?" Joker raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, I know, that's not what the actual word means, yadda yadda, but c'mon."
