3rd Floor Common Room, Sunday Afternoon
Elsa was in a surprisingly good mood today, all things considered. She had woken up this morning wearing a kilt, and while the tartan was lovely, it presented her with a few technical difficulties. For one, it meant that she was wearing men's clothing from Disney Meta for Scotland. Not that this was a problem in and of itself, but it was an odd change of pace for an Arendelle princess. And for another, Elsa had no shirts. None. She owned dresses. Dresses. And a modern swimming suit that she had purchased before the school trip to Bali, none of which were exactly appropriate for wearing with a kilt.
She was beginning to see some measure of appeal in possibly giving in and buying some slightly more modern clothing. By the time she made her way out to the common room today, she was wearing her swimsuit under her kilt (which had involved some acrobatics to manage, since the kilt wouldn't stay off while she pulled the swimsuit on), and then was attempting to preserve some amount of modesty by pulling on one of her long, velvety cloaks over all of it. The result was... unusual, but at least she was clothed.
The things a girl needed to do in order to get some tea around here.

"Like Cheryl and Pam," she settled on. It seemed like a fair assessment. "They have very... unique classes."

Loki had not because of all those nasty rumors about him and a stallion.

She needed work in that area, too.

She tilted her head a little, looking slightly baffled.
"It turned out all right in the end. Better than I expected, at least. And I would still rather be here than back home, right now."

She bit her lip and took a moment. It had been more complicated than that, of course, but it was still true. And she still missed her parents fiercely, even if she'd spent most of her life pushing them away.
"Now, I think it's more that I've seen that people here can handle themselves when there's something big and dangerous hanging over their heads. That's reassuring."
