It wasn't like Breq was unfamiliar with the kind of feelings she had woken up to this morning. She had had thousands of bodies during her life after all, and most of them had had such needs, at least to some extent. To keep all parts of herself comfortable, she had seen to that, of course, and it had never been an issue. So far her remaining body hadn't needed that kind of attention, and since it just suddenly appeared, Breq assumed it was the island.

It wasn't really a problem, not even with only one body left, and it definitely didn't stop Breq from spending the morning in the common room, drinking tea and watching one of the music channels.
