The Salle; Sunday [03/31].
Ha! Astrid knew that Angela was full of it! There were weapons at this school, and she didn't even need to go very far to find some. Most of them were locked up, and she didn't have access to them for some stupid reason, but there were still plenty of practice swords available (even if she did prefer an axe), as well as some training dummies and other obstacles she could set up around the salle to help her get in some decent work.
It was hardly as exciting as dragon drills. It was also incredibly boring without anyone to join her or challenge her to a spar, but it was better than nothing. So even if she was dead (she was still not entirely convinced that she was), she was still going to work hard and train hard, because she had to get better, and you didn't get to be the best by just resting on your laurels.
What else was she honestly going to do, anyway? Go back up to her room and paint stuff?
Sh'yeah, right. She'd much rather see how long it would take for her to whittle this practice dummy down into matchsticks.
