Janet was here, not yet realizing how covered in glitter she actually was, and selling tickets to prom. Pajama prom. Which was... different, when it came to themes?

So on her down time she was on her phone, trying to figure out how to style pajamas. As you do.

Nina beamed at her fellow student council member as she bounced back to the dorms after the Best. Class. Ever.

The fact that said best class ever had left her disheveled and banged up was, really, just something Nina was cheerfully ignoring. She'd fix it once she was upstairs.

"Simply marvelous," she bubbled gleefully. "We had to stop, like, these monsters called border imps from taking over a train in class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"They're, like, these kind of troll-like things???????????????????" Nina offered, resting one hip against the table. "And they show up in the spaces between realms??????????????? Like, okay, so specifically we were on a train because like, have you ever heard those stories of whole trains disappearing?????????????????? Well, trains are made with a lot of iron which is real good at ripping through the barriers that separate places???????????????????? So when a train does that accidentally, it's basically wandering into the home of the border imps and they like to eat things like people and stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Class had elaborated on all of that more but Nina wasn't going to repeat an entire lecture word-for-word!

"Seeing my family. Speciality bugging my brother at his apartment," Janet admitted. "That's pretty specific."

That... that was a bit too specific for Nina's plans but, okay, she could work with it!

"Do you get to visit them??????????????????" she asked curiously, changing tracks. "Like, my brother's here right now, but he'll be graduating this year so........... I'll be totally stalking him when he least expects it once he's back home, you know????????????????????"

And if Prompto had any sense, at all, he'd already know this was coming.
