Third Floor Common Room; Monday Morning [05/04].
Since this was the last Monday morning breakfast before the start of the summer session, before they were likeleh to get in a fresh crop of new students to take advantage of the Monday morning breakfast tradition, Wayne thought he'd mix it up a little.
In the very basic way that he tended to 'mix things up,' which meant doing crepes instead of pancakes and deciding to focus a bit more on some made-to-order omelettes. You know, where you could tell Wayne what you wanted in yours and he would probableh judge you for it.
And, of course, mixing it up also meant he'd gone and made a nice quiche, because, fuck. Who didn't love a good quiche every once in a while?
But next week, it would definitely be back to the old standards, on account of the fact that the best intro to Monday morning breakfasts would be to stick to the tradition.

So his week was off to a great start.
Not that it was super obvious when he ambled into the common room, mind you: 'disheveled and slightly dazed' were apt descriptors for him most of the time, regardless.
"... Ohh, that smells amazing."

Not that you'd know it by looking at his face. But after that intitial judgement, he nodded at Ulysses, part greeting, part agreement.
"How are ya now?" he offered, though he felt he could guess.

He knew.

"Don't, uh....don't suppose I need to ask if I should fix you up a plate..."

Considering Uly's general difficulty with Monday mornings and despite having been here for Monday morning breakfast at least once before, he was still only somewhat aware of the whole tradition.
Also he'd just talked to his mom a couple days ago, and that always triggered some extra politeness in him.

Or on account of anything else, for that matter.
So he put together a plate of the stuff that was ready to go, and handed it over with another nod
"Juice in the fridge," he said, "or coffee, if you want. And if you want an omelette, lemme know what you want in it."
