Third Floor Common Room; Monday Morning [09/21].

Probably not surprising anyone fer this week, considering the weekend, Wayne came into the common room that morning fer Monday Morning Breakfast to find the fridge was particularly well-stocked with sauerkraut and bratwurst, and, not one to let things like that just go to waste, added a frittata and some hash to the usual offerings and expected pancakes.

And he weren't going to even say nothing about it, either, because, as far as weird things to happen on a Monday morning, that barely even registered as one, so it seemed a bit...silly to go and make a fuss.

"Please? You're a lifesaver." Arabella poured herself a cup of coffee and told said cup, "You are also a lifesaver." Because it deserved to know that.

"It is the most important meal of the day," said Wayne, in an attempt to be modest, as he loaded up the old Bit-of-Everything special for Arabella and handed the plate over.

He was talking about breakfast, of course, though he understood why some might make a case fer the coffee in that regard

"Oh, this looks amazing," Arabella said as she took her plate. "Thank you, you're awesome. You ready for science class?"

"I just hope it's normal swimming," Wayne murmured with the miserable tone of someone who thought of just a few other reasons why they might need swimwear for science class and didn't care for any of them.

"Maybe we'll get to turn into dolphins or something!" Arabella said excitedly. "Although I guess we wouldn't need our swimsuits for that. Dolphins don't need swimsuits. That would look pretty silly."

"Oh, now, I wouldn't mind bein' a dolphin," Wayne realized, in a drawl that seemed maybe a little surprised to actually feel that way.

But that would be kind of nice.

"Mebbe the suits are fer those that would mind a bit, though."

There seemed to be more'n a few that seemed to sit out some weeks.
