Veronica knocks on the door hesitantly.

She's never been good with the girlfriends thing, aside from Lilly. She's also self concious about her Twister board game boxers & cami set.

Veronica looks uncomfortable. She debates if she should drink or not.

She figures, what the hell... at least with a group of girls, she shouldn't wake up alone missing her underwear.

"Sure, I'd love a drink, Faith. Its nice to meet you. I don't think I've seen you on campus at all."

Veronica takes a tentative drink.

"Yeah I guess, though we must know someone in common since we're both here."

She smiles.

"We must not share any classes though."


[OOC: one of the season plots last year had Veronica trying to figure out who 'raped' her at a party - she found out she'd been drugged and had consensual sex and didn't remember... and I know its entirely possible with this crowd that she could get lucky ;)]

"I don't really know any girls here at all. I saw a flyer, and figured why not try to make some friends, right?"

She pulls call_me_red_ac over.

"Faith, this is Angela. She's actually normal."

"Oh, we've met. Well, kinda."

"Well that's good. So, where are you from, Faith? And what brings you to Fandom High?"

"I'm from Boston, originally, then California. I kinda was sent here as a sort of...pennance? Something like that."
Faith takes another swig of her beer.
"So, where are you from?"

"I'm from California, too. Neptune, have you heard of it? Its a pretty small town on the beach."

"I don't think so. I spent most of my time in LA and Sunnydale. That was quite a place."

Veronica tries to think if she's ever heard of Sunnydale.

"Hmm... I don't think I've ever heard of Sunnydale," she says with a slight frown. "Was there a lot of crazy stuff going on there, too?"

Faith grins. "Crazy stuff like you wouldn't believe. Why, you had craziness at home, too?"

Veronica snorts.

"You could say that."

She finishes her beer and wonders how much she should share.

Throwing caution to the wind, she leans close to Faith and whispers "I almost got killed by my boyfriend's father last year."

Faith raises her eyebrows. "That's a little bit fucked up."

Faith opens herself a new beer and offers one to Veronica.

"You might need to drink a little bit more before you hear my stories."

Veronica takes the beer, opens it, and chugs heavily.

"Well, it gets better... or worse... his dad had killed my best friend, who was my boyfriend's ex and I accused my boyfriend of killing her. He's not my boyfriend anymore," she adds, a little sad, and takes another long swallow of beer.

"So tell me a story about your crazy town."

"More fucked up than I thought."

Faith paused for a moment, debating how to phrase her story.

"Every generation, since the dawn of time, one girl has been chosen by the powers that be to fight evil- not evil people. Like, demons and such. It's kinda awesome in theroy- you get superpowers. But in order for one girl- slayer- to get the powers, the one before them has to die. Usually brutally."

Faith finished the rest of her beer quickly.

"One girl, she drowned, and her heart stopped. Somehow, she gets brought back to life, even though another slayer got powers." Faith gestured to herself. "That's me. The other girl, the should be dead one, is over there," she says, as she points in the general direction of Buffy.

"Long story short, we don't get along. Something to do with me being supposedly evil. I don't know, I don't buy it."

She grabs another beer.
