Telephone call

Spider stared out his window at the darkened town, eyebrows climbing as the camera showed him a close-up of several figures in the streets. Pulling out his cell phone he dialed several numbers.

"Assistant? Interns? Someone see to the weapons locker. I want every student who knows how to carry a weapon armed."







((OOC: In other words, when the zombies become general knowledge, weapons will be available. Please don't break into the weapons locker... you'll have permission to go armed.))

Spider grinned malevolently. "Find me someone who wants to play hide and seek with the zombies."

"Escapist," Spider told her dryly. "I'm semi-responsible for the welfare of all the little knee-biters. I want someone to go down and make sure the Townies get to adequate shelter... and to get the word out. Students should seek shelter in the Church or go knocking at doors of the Millenium Falcon."

"Alright. I'll find someone." *mutters* "I'd send one of the interns if I could find them."

"Something else...." Spider frowned. "The dormitory building is and will apparently remain secure. As long as people stay in that building we should have no issues. Spread the word."

"I hope so," she said in a surprisingly calm voice. "My sisters are there."

"No 'hope' about it. It is secure," Spider told her. "Hang on."
