Fourth Floor Common Room [Wednesday afternoon]

Anakin came traipsing (yes, traipsing) from his room wearing a mini skirt and a leather bustier.

He walked into the fourth floor common room and announced to all and sundry, "In every generation there is a Chosen One. She alone will stand against the vampires, the demons and the forces of darkness. She is the Slayer." He tossed back his imaginary hair. "I am that Chosen One!"

He then sat down in front of the television and devoted himself to his other sacred quest: mocking the people on Jeopardy.

If someone is looking closely, they might notice a gremlin bite near his ankle.

Buffy was passing through on her way to her room when she heard ther male voice talking about Slayers and ... being a Slayer?

She walked in to the common room and wished she hadn't.

"Uhmm... Anakin?"

Anakin grinned. "Hello, fellow Slayer! Is it about time to go out patrolling yet? It didn't seem dark enough to me."

Buffy stares and then shakes her head. "We have about an hour yet, Annie. Where should we start tonight?"

"Maybe the park? I've been hearing strange rumors about the ducks there." Anakin scrunched up his face. "Then the cemetery. Do we have a cemetery?" He looked confused. "I can't remember."

Buffy is quick to agree.

"The park seems to be the best place for us to start. I don't know if we have a cemetary."

Anakin, after a whispered conversation with Faith, came over to Buffy. "Faith says that she and I can patrol tonight. I can go with you tomorrow if you'd like." He smiled. "I have a new halter top I want to break in."

Buffy's brain did a stumble and then a freeze as she heard Anakin talk about breaking in a halter top.

"That would be great, Annie," she said with a smile. "We'll have tomorrow night covered then."

Anakin grinned. "That'll be great!" He bounced back towards where Faith was.

She overhears AnakinAnnie's comment and looks confusedly at Buffy.

Fellow slayer?, she mouths.

Thinks he's a Vampire Slayer, too she mouths back.

Sonia just nods, her expression still one of mild disbelief. She leans over to whisper to Buffy again.

"Someone be sure to remind him that the pointy end of the stake goes in."

She looks at Sonia and grins. "Of course, you can help me remind him of that because you're coming with me."

Oh no, she wasn't going alone. She liked Anakin and wasn't about to let him get himself injured.

Sonia just stares at Buffy for a moment- she'd walked right into that one. Then she shrugs, and nods. "Alright- what's your plan?"

"A plan? I need a plan now?" She looks from Sonia and then to "Annie". "Uhmm... don't let him get killed? Take photos?"

"I like the vay you think. Okay, no plan, but it might help to come up with something in case...something happens."

She realizes this sounds stupid and unhelpful, but can't really wrap her brain around the idea enough to come up with anything useful. Not just yet.

"Thank you. I like your brain too...in a total non-zombie way. If he's determined to go, we go and keep him safe until the bite wears off?"

"*eats Buffy's brain* Vell, we should be relatively safe, right? I don't think there's ever been much of a vampire problem in town*- well, aside from some of the students, here."

"*is eaten* I think we should be fine. I only know for sure of four vampires in the vicinity...but there could be more."

She nods, thinking for a moment. "Alright. So...how do you usually go about this 'Patrol'?"

"Usually? I go through the park and around the school and then in some of the darker areas. I get attacked, I fight back."

[OOC: I'm up for anything. Crichton's trying to keep me in the room, so if you'd rather just convince Annie that his turn isn't until tomorrow, that's fine, too.]

Sonia hears Buffy approaching behind her, and turns to greet the girl.

"Hallo, Buffy!" Her voice lowers to a whisper. "Does he usually dress like that?"

Buffy shakes her head. "Not that I know of or Padme would never let him out of her room."
