Second floor common room, Friday night

A little while after that little incident in her room, Jaye can be found sitting in the common room on the second floor, wearing a pair of aviator sunglasses and holding a clear red plastic water pistol as she takes notes on Crime and Justice reruns.

Oh, and if you look really carefully, you might notice the gremlin bite on her wrist.

And also? She is wearing clothes.

"You can't have lessons in mischief," said Janet. "It has to be spontaneous. And also not on school grounds."

"Have you participated in mischief like this before?" Jaye asks, pulling out her notebook.

Janet gives Jaye a really confused look. "Have I what? Hello!" She looks around and, not seeing Kawalsky, continues. "Disney on Ice?"

"Oh, well--" Janet attempts to look confused.

Sam probably knows her too well to fall for it, damn it.

"Nice try." She had no idea what happened, but clearly was involved and didn't want to tell her. She tried to look injured but may not have been completely successful.
