2nd Floor Common Room

Done with studying for the day, Marty grabs the sofa and turns on the Gelmoore Gals with a bowlful of popcorn and a couple of ice cold sodas.

This episode is quite amusing for Marty because it's the one where Joss gets attacked by a duck.

"Hey." Janet plopped down on the sofa and started rummaging through her backpack for her licorice. "What's on?"

"Ooh, thanks," said Janet. She pulled a bag of licorice out of her backpack and held that out. "Licorice?" she asked as she took a handful of popcorn.

"So I don't follow this show. Who the heck are Ronnie and Joss?" She stared at the screen. "And what's up with the attack duck?"

"I'll second that on the duck," Parker said, unwinding her scarf from around her neck. She nodded to Janet. "Hey."

Parker sat down, blinking. "Okay. So where does the duck come in?"

"That sounds oddly familiar dramatic," said Janet. She held her bag of licorice out to Parker. "Want some? It's the good strawberry kind."

"Thanks. Yum." Parker took a few, and popped on in her mouth. "Is Zero around?"

Parker took a handful of popcorn and considered that. She also considered feeding Michael to the ducks in the pond in town. This made her smile.

"Got it. Oh. I ran into someone in the park-- who promised *not* to kill you. That's got to be a first."

"Maybe the duck is trying to break Joss and Ronnie up for some reason?" asked Janet, chewing on a piece of licorice.

"Haven't seen Zero," she said to Parker. "You guys okay?"

[identity profile] mparkerceo.livejournal.com 2005-12-07 04:24 am (UTC)(link)
"I'd be okay, if I could tell her I'm not mad at her any more. I yelled at the dork I was really mad at, and now I'm just sorry I went off on Zero." Parker sneaked another piece of licorice. "I think she's hiding from me."

"We do," Parker agreed. "Since there's no Kawalsky here for me to torment. Must. Have. Violence."

"I'm always willing." Alanna sounds very grumbly and is wearing only about seven layers as walks into the common room. "Marty, Miss Parker, person." She nods.

"I guess cooking almost an entire Thanksgiving dinner makes me eminently forgettable," said Janet. She rolled her eyes and grabbed some more popcorn from Marty.

She studied the screen. "I don't like Joss, I think. He's kind of a jerk."

Belthazor passed through the second floor common room, peering into corners and at unoccupied chairs.

Alanna groaned into the collar of her sweater. "Sorry Janet. Brain only seven miles away." She flopped down on a couch and pulled a blanket over herself.

"Did your invisible friend go missing?" asked Janet.

"You feeling okay?" asked Janet.

Parker patted the blanket absently, then took another handful of popcorn. "Can we throw it at Joss if he whines again?" she asked. "That voice is getting on my nerves. Is that supposed to be a New York accent?"

[identity profile] threeweapons.livejournal.com 2005-12-07 04:35 am (UTC)(link)
She pulled the blanket up so that the only part of her that was visible was a flash of red hair. "Cold. Hate the cold."
