Santa Tick! All around the Dorms, Sunday afternoon

[OOC: If you are one of Tick's students, or are in his Investigators group in I-Club, he has something for you. Feel free to stop him and say "Hi" and you'll get a present. Feel free to stop by even if you're not and you'll at least get a candy cane, if not more.]

Twas a week before Christmas, and all through the dorms, The Tick was a-wandering, with a sack of gifts. What? No, it doesn't rhyme. It's not that kind of post. Get over it.

He had spent the morning getting his shopping done and had AMAZINGLY found everything he needed for everyone on his list. And so here he was, Santa hat on head, Santa sack on his back, giving something to everyone who crossed his path.

Lockheed had rejected the fake antlers. And he had burned the elf hat. So he was just trailing behind, trying not to hum Christmas Carols. /Stupid infectious enthusiasm for the holidays.../

Cameron returns from work where he mysteriously missed out on the terrorising duck and is on his way to his room when he walks into The Tick. "Good day, professor."

John hears a noise. It's a miniDragon humming.
He steps out into the hall and sees Santa!TheTick.
"Um. Hello?"

Janet was wandering through the dorms, looking for people to chat with, when she saw Professor Tick. "Hello," she said.

Cameron is staring at the hat too much as it kinda clashes with the blue suit to take in exactly what The Tick is saying. At the last part, he looks down at the book and smiles. "Thank you, sir. You're the first teacher I know who actually bothers to give his students a present."

"Nice hat," said Janet. "It's certainly very festive." If odd-looking, but that was hardly worth mentioning. She grinned up at him. "Thanks, Professor," she said. "This should certainly help me keep up on Justice studies between terms."

"Oooo, I love Pez." Cameron grinned as he recieved the dispenser, then realises just what The Tick had said. "You met Santa Claus?"

Anakin was heading up to his room to wrap most of his gifts when he saw the Tick. "Hello, Professor!" he said.

"Oh wow," Cameron tried to process the whole villain and Multiple Santa things beside the whole Santa thing. "I thought he wasn't real..."

"I don't suppose you can put in a good word for me?" Cameron grinned.

Anakin was genuinely touched. "Thank you, sir!" he said, pulling out the blue robe with a big smile. "Oh, I have something for you, too."

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small disc wrapped in green paper. "It's a history of a few of our most famous Jedi--Master Qui-Gon Jinn, Master Mace Windu, and Master Yoda." Anakin shuffled his feet. "I figured you might enjoy learning about how we work for Justice where I'm from."

This was possibly one of the weirdest conversations he'd ever had with The Tick and that was saying something, but Santa or not, it was the thought that counted most. "Thank you, sir. I appreciate it."

Anakin gave him a big smile. He wasn't used to giving gifts and wasn't quite sure if he had gotten the knack of it yet. "I'm heading home for the holiday, so I'll go into the Archives and find some more histories for you if you enjoy these. And he really, really is. Don't get him drunk, though. It ends with something called the "Hammer Dance" and really, you just don't want to know."

"Merry Christmas, sir." Cameron said happily as he watched The Tick heave the huge bag and wondered if he had gifts for the entire school. He just hoped he didn't run into Vala and told her about Santa, because that would lead to more confusion.
