Santa Tick! All around the Dorms, Sunday afternoon

Twas a week before Christmas, and all through the dorms, The Tick was a-wandering, with a sack of gifts. What? No, it doesn't rhyme. It's not that kind of post. Get over it.

He had spent the morning getting his shopping done and had AMAZINGLY found everything he needed for everyone on his list. And so here he was, Santa hat on head, Santa sack on his back, giving something to everyone who crossed his path.

Lockheed had rejected the fake antlers. And he had burned the elf hat. So he was just trailing behind, trying not to hum Christmas Carols. /Stupid infectious enthusiasm for the holidays.../

Cameron returns from work where he mysteriously missed out on the terrorising duck and is on his way to his room when he walks into The Tick. "Good day, professor."

"Hello, there! You're the student who was golfing in the lobby that one day, right?" Tick reached into his sack and pulled out a candy cane. "Happy Holidays!" he said as he handed the candy cane over.

Janet was wandering through the dorms, looking for people to chat with, when she saw Professor Tick. "Hello," she said.

"This is about the criminal justice system in New York. I thought my students might enjoy it for some recreational reading!"

Anders, still in the middle of supplying Bridge with a ridiculous amount of cupcakes, is just back from a baked-goods resupply trip when he sees the Tick in his Santa getup, Lockheed following along with him.

"Hey, Mr. Tick! Hey, Lockheed!" He shifts the bag of cupcakes to his left hand and wanders over, a gumball in hand for the dragon. "You're all holiday festive."

"Hello, Anders!" Tick said as he reached into his sack. Lockheed nodded and took the gumball.

The Tick spotted John and said, "Merry Christmas, John!" He opened the gift and looked very pleased. "Thank you! I think the one I have was getting a little worn out, so this is very nice!"

"I know that you're not allowed to have weapons here, but I figure a shield should be fine. Oh, and that's a real Bronze Age shield! It was left over from this one time that I fought a guy who brought warriors from all over time to the present."

Lockheed gleefully bowed to Rory, then grabbed the plate and flew off to eat.

"Merry Christmas, Rory!" Tick said as he reached into his sack. Rory had a bunch of presents because sidekicks are supposed to be spoiled.
