Second Floor Common Room

Limping into the Common Room, Kara sits down on the couch, setting her crutches off to the side. She grabs the remote and turns on the tv. A old Christmas special comes on, and Kara is puzzled again at the Thirteenth Colony and their odd holiday.

However, she can't help but watch the adventures of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

"Yeah. Right," Kara says quietly, her gaze turning away.

Anders gives her a sidelong glance. "You are gonna practice with me again when you get better -- right?"

He's not sure whether this would be a good idea or not, though.

Kara gives him a searching look. "Sure." She is a good liar.

"Good. You better." Anders manages an awkward smile and pats her on the shoulder, though he can't decide whether or not to believe her. "Kinda miss my training partner, y'know."
