Here over Winter Break?

I need a student to watch a few of my pets over Winter Break.
Any interested parties must not be squeamish around members of the insect kingdom, or the smell of rotten meat.
Care is not required daily, but several times a week from December 24th on.
Compensation will be provided.
If interested, stop by Room 146 or the Sociology lab.



[Here's the deal: Grissom has a bunch of buggies. I need someone to keep them alive while he's gone in Vegas. He'll give you his card key, so you have access to his apartment. All I ask is that you leave Sue the racing roach alive, don't destroy everything in his apartment, and if you use his forensics equipment, not to use it on other players without their consent. Le simple, no? Grissom will pay your character, and there's the bonus for your character of being able to have total access to Grissom's apartment and toys over break to get yourself in trouble with, if you get bored. Help a geek out?]

Grissom is sitting behind his desk, wrapping a few gifts.

Belthazor knocked on the door and stepped into the lab. "Dr. Grissom?" he said. "You still looking for someone to bug watch over the holidays? I'm not really going anywhere so I'll be around."

"Really?" Grissom smiles. "That would be excellent. I'll be out of town for almost the entire break; I have several terrariums that need attention."

"Just tell me what needs to be done and I'll do it," Bel said, grinning. "Gives me something to do to alleviate the boredom while everyone else is gone, and I'm more than happy to help out one of my favorite teachers. And I promise not to set any loose in Angel's room."

Grissom smiles. "I'll drop off a list of instructions and the key before I go. It's not terribly difficult. I have a mini-fridge for storing food, and you don't have to touch any of them. Just once every few days.

Would you like the perishables in the regular fridge? I can leave them if you think you might eat them. I was going to throw them away. And use the room and stay if you wish. I have laundry facilities and a proper apartment, I don't know what student rooms are like but feel free to use the apartment within reason.

Thank you, Bel. I really appreciate this."

He hands him a small envelope with some cash. "If there are any emergencies, my cell phone number is inside on a card, and there are some extra funds, just in case, that you don't need to return."

"You're spoiling me," Bel said, accepting the envelope. "I'll keep an eye on the fridge and toss out anything that will go bad if I don't eat it. And I'll make sure everything is kept tidy. And, of course, make sure your pets are well cared for."
