2nd floor common room, morning

Deciding the 2nd floor's awesomeness needs to be proven some more, Cameron is in the common room this morning making omelettes the way his father taught him. It might involve gjetost cheese and avocado.

"Only for the second floor, man." Cameron does not pause to eye Anders' chest, not at all. He grabs a plate, puts the omelette on it and puts it down on the table. "Just felt like omelettes this morning and figured it would probably be easiest to make sure I had enough for anyone who might wander in."

"You know that's asking to go bankrupt on this floor, man. Everybody wanders in here." Anders chucks a thumb toward the wall that the common room shares with room 201. "I should know. I can hear you guys."

"I'm already bankrupt after christmas, man." Cameron points out, although it doesn't explain the food. "And can you blame them? We totally got the best floor of the entire dorms."

"Well, it's certainly the most noisy, if that's what you mean." Cally yawns and rubs her forehead. She's still in her pajamas (black, surprise), black socks, and suffering from a severe case of bed-head.

"I smell food."

"Noise and awesomeness usually go hand in hand," Cameron assures Cally with a grin. "There is food, just give me a moment to make you some."

"So Vala's a screamer, huh?" Cally grins evilly. "Oooh, whatcha making, anyhow?"

"What? Who said that?" Cameron asks, completely thrown by the remark.

"Well, I just assumed, what with the noise and awesomeness equation. What? Am I wrong?" Cally puts on her best innocent face.

Anders can't help smirking. "Dorm walls? Not that thick, dude."

He very pointedly does not bring up the subject of the wall between 201 and the common room this time.

"We haven't done it in the common room!"

Cameron throws up his hands and then turns to Cally. "And no, that is not a confirmation, because there's no way in hell I'm sharing that particular information with anyone else."

Muttering to himself, he turns around and starts on the omelette.

"Suuuuuuure. I'll just have to ask her. I'm sure Vala's less stuffy about it." Cally winks. "I heard stories from Sparky, though. Goooood stories."

Cameron splutters and glares at her over his shoulder. "What stories? And remember that I'm making you breakfast, you don't want to get on my wrong side right now."

"Careful, Mitchell, or you'll get on my wrong side," Anders points out, draining his coffee and going for a refill.

"Kidding, I'm kidding." Cally smirks. "Maybe."

Cameron ignores both Anders' and Cally's remark as he puts the omelette on a plate and hands it to Cally. "Marty's made coffee and there's milk and Oj. in the fridge. You guys are just lucky I'm so nice."

"Okay, okay. I'm sorry I insinuated you make Vala cry out in passion. Sheesh. I thought you might take that as a compliment." Cally takes a bite of the omelette. "Oooh, this is good."

"I didn't...!" Cameron stares at Cally. "Alright, what would you think if Anders came up to me and told me all about what noises you make while he does... things?" He can't believe he just said that.

Anders isn't smirking, really.

Cally stops and thinks. "What, like scrapbooking?"

"Scrapbooking? What?" Cameron blinks, then stares at Anders.

"Dude, that's personal information. If I ask you about it, you get the right to want to beat me up."

"But why?" asks Anders, looking innocent. "Watching you freak out is fun. Plus you get to watch me freak out so it's all fair."

"Nevermind." Cally shakes her head and takes another bite of omelette. "Actually answering your question, I'd probably smack Anders in the arm. And then ask him how you reacted."

"Yeah well, I'd imagine Vala wouldn't appreciate it." Cameron says with a shrug.
