2nd floor common room, evening

Cameron's in the common room. It might appear as if he's just watching the Cartoon Network while in fact he's making notes. Apparently thanks to professor Tick, cartoons are now great study material for Criminal Justice classes. There's a bunch of homemade chocolate cakes on the table, but he doesn't seem to be touching them.

Duo glances at the vid and tilts his head to inspect this "Scooby Doo." He watches for a minute, then turns to Cameron. "Dude, whatever 'Thundercats' is, it's gotta be better than this." He laughs. "20th century Earth TV never ceases to amaze me!"

Cameron laughs and crumbles up a page, throwing it at John's head. "Yo! Duo wants to watch Thundercats."

"I am not your maid," John grumbles but trots down the hall to get his Thundercats DVD. "Don't scratch them dude!"

Duo looks on with interest. "Are these things expensive or somethin'?"

"Not if you get them as a present," Cameron smirks and grabs the DVDs to pop them into the player.

Duo nods and watches the mechanics of the DVD player, still intrigued by this time period's machinery, especially after his gift at Christmas. "What's this one about?" He asks.

"Uh, they're these cat like humans who fight evil." Cameron frowns as that kinda sounds lame. "Trust me. It's cool, man." He grins as he sits back down. He loves his Thundercats' pillows.

Duo laughs and watches the vid. "Dude! They're cat-human things that fight evil and they fly ships? And have machines?! You didn't mention ships and machines!" Duo's eyes sort of glaze over and he watches, enthralled.

"Ah, but that's the fun of discovering," Cameron grins and feels proud that he managed to get Duo to like the cartoon.
