2nd floor common room, evening

Cameron's in the common room. It might appear as if he's just watching the Cartoon Network while in fact he's making notes. Apparently thanks to professor Tick, cartoons are now great study material for Criminal Justice classes. There's a bunch of homemade chocolate cakes on the table, but he doesn't seem to be touching them.

"Pretty much. It's only two nights, so I'm trying not to bring half my wardrobe this time."

Angela twists and reaches up to kiss him.

"Are you ready for the library thing?"

Marty leans down a little and kisses her back. "I'm not sure what to expect for Saturday, so I'm just trying not to think about it. You need me to do anything for you while I'm gone?"

"Just the feeding Min thing, and you know how that goes," Angela says. "Make sure she gets her water in glass, not in plastic. That's about it."

"Right... and you'll leave me that laser pointy thing for me right? And you have the picture frames for your parents packed?"

Angela speaks with a hint of humor. "Yes, sir. I think they'll really like them."

Marty frowns. "You think this will cut me some slack with your Mom? Not that it matters really... well yeah it *does* matter but... bah. You know what I mean."

"I do. And I don't know. It sounds like the other me kind of forced a bad situation to get worse." She shrugs. "I mean, most of this is more about her than about you, you know that."
