Self-Defense - Wednesday evening, Gym

The mats have been laid out, food is on a nearby table, and Alanna is bouncing in the middle of the room. The only new addition is a small black cat napping underneath the table.

"Okay guys, same drill as last week. Sign up, I pair you up and then I'll walk around and bug you about what you're doing wrong. Also, I don't want a repeat of last week. I don't care how minorly you are hurt, stop and talk to me. I don't want people walking around with bruises and scrapes. Don't make me break you up physically. Okay, gang, pair up."

Phoebe stopped into the gym. "Alanna? I won't be able to participate this week..." gestures to the wheelchair. "However, do you mind if I hang out here until Cole shows up? I'm not keen on being alone right now."

"Of course not!" Alanna didn't bother to swing down from the table she was perched on, but she did look concerned. "Can I offer my skills as a healer?"

"Mrowr?" Faithful opened up one eye. "That's not edible." He closed the eye and apparently went back to sleep.

Lana approaches a little nervously. She saw Nadia and Walter last week and there's no way she can manage any of that. "Hey." She sits to do some stretching as well.
