Self-Defense - Wednesday evening, Gym

The mats have been laid out, food is on a nearby table, and Alanna is bouncing in the middle of the room. The only new addition is a small black cat napping underneath the table.

"Okay guys, same drill as last week. Sign up, I pair you up and then I'll walk around and bug you about what you're doing wrong. Also, I don't want a repeat of last week. I don't care how minorly you are hurt, stop and talk to me. I don't want people walking around with bruises and scrapes. Don't make me break you up physically. Okay, gang, pair up."

Phoebe stopped into the gym. "Alanna? I won't be able to participate this week..." gestures to the wheelchair. "However, do you mind if I hang out here until Cole shows up? I'm not keen on being alone right now."
