2nd floor common room, evening

It's probably an act of desperation that Cameron is sitting in the common watching the Super Bowl. It is kinda nice with the surround system, but it's still football which really doesn't compare to basketball. Still, he's got popcorn and chips and he's feeling kinda fuzzy.

Alanna tucked her hand back underneath the sweater. "Officially, six weeks. I think I'll speed it up a bit though, because even though I can use my left hand and can easily fence with it, I am right handed."

Alanna closed her eyes and tried to remember. "Um." Her eyes fluttered open. "Right. Logan got knocked out by vamp-in-funny-hat. I shot a cross-bolt at him. The vamp, not Logan. Um. He didn't like that, so he grabbed for my cross-bow. Instead of doing something logical like letting go, I tightened my grip. He twisted, my wrist went snap. His head went flying because I had Lightning in the other hand. Logan was still sleeping." Alanna nodded.

John winces in sympathy. "Okay, ouch. That sounds really damn painful. Glad it was only your wrist and not anything else though."
