The gym, Tuesday after first period

Aeryn's babied injuries enough already. Basic fact of the matter is, she feels better. The bruising's not as bad, and therefore she can't care too much about it. So after getting the lecture in Advanced Criminal Justice, Aeryn heads down to the gym, just to start hitting things. Because she likes to hit things.

Sam looked down at her leg, then back up at Cameron and smiled. "I am for any number of other reasons, too, because the second floor is coolest, zomg, but it's definitely extra handy now that I've got to haul my sorry injured butt up the stairs."

"I appreciate the thought, but I can make it." She grinned a bit wickedly at him. "Besides, can you imagine what the rumor mill would say if you gave me a ride up the stairs? Vala'd kill me."

Cameron blushed and cleared his throat. "I er... Thanks, I think. You're cute too in a big sisterly way." He blinked.

"Thanks," Sam started giggling. In reality, he was old enough to be her son, sort of, but whatever. "Okay, so that came out completely wrong, I realize. Can we pretend that part of the conversation never happened?"

Sam went into her room and sank down on the bed with a groan, then flopped on her back. "Yeah, definitely overdid it."
