So he's here in the Common Room, flipping aimlessly through the channels and desperately hoping something good will come on.

Bridge makes a face. "M'not Cally."

"Um, yes you are," John says. "You are the female of your species, Cally."

"Nuh uh, I just look like Cally. Today. For some inexplicable reason."

"Okay," John says, playing along. "Who are you, Miss Not Cally?"

"Bridge," he says mournfully.

For the first time in two days, John laughs. "You've, uh, changed Bridge. Like the hair. Is that makeup?"

"Dude, I don't know the first thing about makeup!" Bridge sticks his tongue out at John.

"Bridge?" John tilts his head. "Are you wearing a bra?"

"Yes," Bridge scowls. "And lemme tell you. I like girl-parts. I am a fan of them. Really. BUT I LIKED IT BETTER WHEN *MY* BODY DID NOT HAVE THEM."

John...well, he laughs again. "Bridge is wearing a bra? It's almost poetic and stuff. Should I start calling you Brally now? For Bridge and Cally?"

Okay, Bridge giggles a little.

"Just Bridge will do fine now," he says, throwing a pillow at John.

"We'll go with Bridge then," John nods. "How...did this happen? Did you wish upon a star?"

"I dunno, man!" Bridge flails. "I went to sleep after doing the radio broadcast and then I woke up and I was in Anders' and Cally's room, in their *bed*, and it was just... aie!"

"You woke up in bed with Anders and Cally?" John boggles. A lot. "I knew you guys were friends but...wow."

"No, no, I woke up with Cally, who was in Anders' body." Bridge flails. "Because whatever switched us, did it when we were asleep."

"So...technically, you and Anders have slept together? Not in the dirty, horizontal mambo kinda way, but in the teddy bear, cuddly way?"

"No, technically me and Cally did," Bridge says. "Even though she was in Anders' body at the time."

John shakes his head. "That's...so confusing. So, being a girl is not cool?"

"Not for me," Bridge says. "I'm sure it's cool for people who are girls, but I like being me and part of being me means not being a girl."

"Totally understandable," John says. "And, guys? Don't have that once a month thing."

"Yeah," Bridge makes a face. "This is a weird conversation."

John laughs again. "Yeah, it is. I needed it though. So, Bridge, gonna paint your nails?"

"Done!" Hey, John doesn't much mind. "Know where we can find nail polish?"

"Oh, I know someone who knows someone..." Bridge says, coming back a minute later with an assortment of different nail polish colours.
