Rory sat on the couch with Vladdie, watching the Eternal Champion DVDs that had just arrived. Thank God for Netflix.

She paused, and rewound a few times as she watched the Valentine's Day episode. Something seemed awfully familiar about that fiancé....

Anakin walked into the common room. "Wow. Lots of people. Hi, lots of people."

He flung himself down on a sofa. "What are we watching?"

"Eternal Champion. See that kind of blondish tall guy?" Rory asked, pointing at the screen. "That's my dad. Or his twin, anyway. Also, hi."

"Hi," he said, smiling. He turned his attention to the television for a moment. "Huh. Weird. But then I got gifts from Lee for Christmas with some being who looked just like Obi-Wan. Your dad's not, like, a secret actor or anything, right?"

"Not that I know of," Rory said, tilting her head. "Of course, this is like ten years old, so he would've only been in his early twenties. It could, conceivably, be him."

She shrugged. "But then again, we have the me and Becky situation, and Cam and John, and Vala and - " She stopped. "And Archie and Lee," she finished lamely.

Anakin gave her a reasurring smile. "Like Archie and Lee," he repeated. "So," he asked, "other than watching some man who might be your father on television, what have you been doing today?"

"Went to auditions," Rory said, returning the smile. "Watched. Talked to people. I sort of fear for how this cast is going to turn out. Cordy and I are going to have our hands full. Yay for being busy."

"I'm very glad I can just sit in the audience for this one," Anakin said. "Who tried out?"

"Xander who was acting weird, Callisto who doesn't remember it, Shep, Han, Pippi, Parker, Zero, Lee, MacB, that guy who was a jerk after study group, Blair, Molly...bunch of other people," Rory answered. "Like I said, looks like it'll be an, um, interesting cast. I just hope they actually listen to me and Cordy."

"They will," Anakin said firmly. "You're good at organizing things. What's the play about, anyway?"

"Um. It's sort of convoluted. Ultimately it's a comedy about fairies," Rory said, going for a simple explanation. "Fairy king and queen get into a fight and cause a lot of trouble for some very silly humans."

"Uh-huh," Anakin said, still looking confused. "Guess I'll have to read it. Can't be stranger than those early Chandrilan plays Obi-Wan loves."

"Uh huh. I have a copy lying around that you can borrow," Rory said. "It's my favorite Shakespeare play, other than Hamlet Romeo and Juliet."

She began humming a little tune as she remembered something. It might sound a bit familiar to Anakin. Perhaps like a song he made up words to last night.

"I'm going to kill her," he muttered.

"Hey dude!" Bridge waves cheerfully at Anakin.

"Hi!" Anakin said. "Did I miss you at the dance last night? Or were you not there?"

"I was not there on account of being Cally."

Anakin had missed the radio last night. "On account of...huh?"

"Oh, it was *so weird*. I woke up yesterday morning in Cally's body. And she wsa in Anders'. Which left Anders in mine. It was... eeesh."

Anakin blinked. "Okay, that's really, really strange. Are the gremlins back or something?"

"Not as far as I know. This was like, an actual physical body-switch. I mean, I still knew I was me, but I was in Cally's body at the time." Bridge shakes his head.

"Do you know how that happened?" Anakin looked concerned. "Is it, you know, contagious or something?"

"I have no freakin' clue. I just woke up all Cally-fied. I'm hoping it was just a one-time thing. Contagious... that's a totally scary thought."

"So, what was it like to be Cally?" Anakin asked, putting his hands on his knees. "Was it really, really strange?"

"Really really," Bridge echoes. "And also? Eerily quiet. Didn't like it," he shudders a bit.
