Bel made himself comfortable in the Fourth Floor Common Room and waited for his evil minions fellow members of the SBC to arrive so they could plot mayhem figure out what their first project would be.

"I think we should come up with a list for them to vote on. That way we combine democracy with the power trip of forcing them to pick what we want to pick."
