In the Gym: Tuesday Lunch time
Lana looked at the food offered for lunch and decided she just couldn't take any more chemical compositions while she was trying to eat. Instead she went back to the gym to work on her kicks with the standing bag.
She's hungry and a little grumpy, but absolutely interruptable. She'd probably welcome it, in fact!
[OOC: Gym, is of course, totally open for anyone's gym needs.]

She kicks the bag again and follows up with a flurry of punches before stepping back to take a breather.

She takes another deep breath and goes back to practicing her kicks. "And I'm not the only one having weird problems. Mac turns paper stuff - including my Forensics textbook - into tortillas, Isabel bounces... the list just goes on."

She sighs again and reaches down to pick up her bottle of water and take a drink. "Yes, I know," she says sharply to herself. "H2O, yes, and yes all those stupid little trace elements. God, you do *not* want to know what trace elements are in drinking water - arsenic, selenium, chlorides... Uranium for god's sake!"

She sighs. "Which would probably only be fair since he's been really good about just doing a lot of snuggling lately and not much of anything else."

She takes a deep breath, then touches the smartie to her tongue. "Okay... Dextrose, Citric Acid, Calcium Stearate, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake, Blue 2 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake. Dextrose: 6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-2,3,4,5-tetrol. Its chemical formula is C6H12O6. Citric Acid aka 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propanetricarboxylic acid. Its chemical formula is C6H8O7. Calcium Stearate, also known as Octadecanoic Acid Calcium Salt. Its chemical formula is Ca(C18H35O2)2. Blue #2 aka indigotine. Red#40 aka allura Red AC. Yellow #5 aka tartrazine."
She looks over at Maia. "Happy?"

She still can't look Maia in the eye. "And I'm scared to death that sooner or later Shep's going to figure it out, too."

She grabs her stuff and all but flees from the gym.
