In the Gym: Tuesday Lunch time

Lana looked at the food offered for lunch and decided she just couldn't take any more chemical compositions while she was trying to eat. Instead she went back to the gym to work on her kicks with the standing bag.

She's hungry and a little grumpy, but absolutely interruptable. She'd probably welcome it, in fact!

"No one I love stays. They all leave me or they're killed. My parents, my best friend drowned in front of me after saving my life, my boyfriend - all dead. Nell, Ben, Michael, Archie... they all go. There must be something terribly wrong with me."

She still can't look Maia in the eye. "And I'm scared to death that sooner or later Shep's going to figure it out, too."

"Lana no!" Maia said stunned by Lana's outburst of emotion. "No he won't. All those other things, were not your fault Lana."

Lana looked upset and very embarrassed. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have... You know, I have to get going. Need to... shower and ... whatever before my next class. I... I'll see you later."

She grabs her stuff and all but flees from the gym.

Maia stood looking around the empty gym and Lana's back as she fled the gym. "What the hell...." She said to herself with a sigh. Looking at the bag she gives it one more half hearted hit and then heads off to her dormroom to worry over Lana. I should call Shep.
