The gym, Saturday afternoon

It's easier to think and hit things than it is to think and sit there and make yourself more upset. At least this way you're doing something about it instead of turning it into something to whine about. So Aeryn's in the gym again, pounding away on the punching bag again.

The poor punching bag never really stood a chance.

"Right," she nods, though she's not stuck. She's just not admitting that, because she doesn't want to make it into why's here or why she chose the way she did.

Right. And he kinda wonders why this keeps feeling awkward. "My shoulder's better, though. So I think I owe you a spar when your cut has healed."

"I've been trying to teach Izzy a bit when you were gone, but it's a lot harder than you'd think. Not to mention that I'm probably not the best person to teach anyone anything just yet," he shrugs.

She doesn't know what it is about the two people she was teaching teaming up that makes her more uncomfortable, but it does. "Well, you're good," she says easily.

Aeryn nods a little, not sure what else to say, as she's not saying she missed anyone or anything yet. She's happy for the Molly distraction.
