Somebody has decorated the common room to the hilt for Nadia's birthday.

"Well, there doesn't... But just balloons and streamers seemed rather plain... It also wouldn't have gone as well with the hats... Which pretty much clinched the deal for me. I really just got the party kit because of the hats."

Nadia didn't look very happy she thought, and that confused her a little because, hey, party, presents, cake!

"Are you okay?" she asked, offering Nadia a piece of cake on a bulldozer plate with a black plastic fork.

Nadia brightened visibly at the cake and nodded. "I don't usually celebrate my birthday," she explained. "Because it's probably not actually my birthday. I don't know when my real one is."
