Brunch to Save the Teal Deer, Lobby, 11 a.m. through the afternoon

As the poster promised, there are bacon, eggs and toaster strudel available in the dorm lobby. There's even extra icing for the strudel, and gallons of coffee. It probably smells amazing.

But to get to this bounty, you need to fork over $2. Somebody will probably press a teal deer awareness button at you, too.

What to do? The coffee and strudel do look good...

Since he promised Zero he'd come, Peter was in the lobby with his two dollars despite the promise of likely death from Bridge and/or Rory.

But if it helped save even one teal deer, it was worth it. "Good morning, Angela. Ready to help the deer by having a meal?"

"Anything to save an animal I've never heard of before Friday," Peter said, attaching the pin to his shirt with his middle arms. And then he grinned a little. "Thanks for the heads up about Zero." And then he frowned a little. "Have you seen Rory or Bridge around? They might want to hurt me."

[OOC: Woe, he is.]

Rory hurried into the lobby a bit late, looking rather rumpled from sleep, but otherwise happy.

She also probably smelled a bit like chlorine, still. Which might also explain why her hair was slightly frizzy and curly.

"You," she said upon seeing Peter.

"See? You're not mopey anymore!" Peter said, grinning and taking a step back.

"I also smell like chlorine. Do you know why?" Rory didn't allow him time to make a guess before continuing, "Because I could not shower in my own room last night. Since, you know, BRIDGE'S STUFF is there. And I could not shower where MY STUFF is, because that is BRIDGE'S ROOM."

She glared.

"Thanks for the warning," Peter said, turning around.

"Peter switched the stuff in my room with the stuff in Bridge's room," Rory explained.

Peter thought for a moment. "Damn super-gremlins," he finally said.

"No," Rory said, eyes narrowing. "Because you knew exactly what I meant before I said anything. That's a bit incriminating."

"I was just pointing out that you're not mopey anymore," Peter said. And then with a righteous fury, he pounded three fists into three open hands. "Damn those shapeshifting super-gremlins! Will their mischief ever end?"

"You're just lucky I'm not mopey for other reasons," Rory replied with a small smile. "But we'll get you back. I don't know how, but we will. And also, I would like you to put my things back where they belong again."

Alanna came into the lobby, Faithful trotting behind her. "Do I have to pay for the cat as well?" Faithful politely yawned.

Peter was curious what the smile was about, but, hey, public. Not talking about it here. "Did you de-pink my room?" he asked.

"I would have if you had asked," Rory pointed out. "But you didn't."

"It was supergremlins pretending to be me," Peter whispered.
