Early afternoon, Friday, 1st floor lobby

Well, it's sort of Xander's common room now. In the way that it belongs to everybody, and most of his associations with it involve certain red-clad authority figures more than other students, and there's no kitchen. But anyway.

There's a kitchen in 121. He made brownies. Yes, from a box. They're on the table by the tv.

Which is playing a classic black&white First Mister episode of Mr. What, because it's a little late to try convincing anybody around here that he's not a geek.

With a purple frog. Who's watching from his tank on a conveniently-placed end table. Actually Jeremiah probably has the better view.

"Hey," Bridge grins, coming in to the lobby. "More television I've never heard of. Cool." He says as he flops down on the couch next to Xander.

Xander smiles back. "Eh, this one's old even for a geezer like me. It's the longest running sci-fi show ever, I think." He waves towards the table. "There's chocolate."

Seeing Xander talking with Bridge in the first floor lobby as she came in, Lana quietly slipped past and left the package from Mr. Giles in front of his door when she was sure no one was around. Then she continued happily on her way back up to the fourth floor.

"Thanks!" Bridge grabs a brownie. "I... think my parents may have watched it, now that I think about it. Or something like it. It was in colour, though."

Z came through the lobby on her way to explore the rest of campus. Having fallen prey to Shirtless Day, she is wearing a sports bra with her nametag stuck to it and her uniform pants, though she has a jacket tossed over her arm.

Maybe the only thing better than waking up with the sun and getting the day going was the luxury of sleeping in until the middle of the day.

Elle came out of her room in her pink pajamas and her hair in a messy bun with Bruiser under her arm (in matching pajamas).

"Do I smell chocolate?" she asked, mostly to Bruiser, before she spied the brownies. "Are these for anyone?" she asked the boys on the couch.

"It switched to color around...um." Hiding his geekness might be a lost cause, but he could probably skip admitting that he knows the exact year. And episode. "Before I was born. Long running show."

"Hey, Z," Bridge waves, raising an eyebrow at the lack of shirt.

"Hi, Bridge." Z is trying to be nonchalant about her lack of shirt. "How's it going?"

Xander raises an eyebrow, but gives her a wave. "Hey, Z!" Glancing at Bridge and then back to her, he asks, "Is that a new way to wear the SPD uniform that they started up since Bridge left, or have I just been missing out?"

"Everyone was shirtless at breakfast. So I thought I was supposed to be, too. Was that wrong?"

"Help yourself. They're sort of a room-warming thing, I guess, since I just moved in down here." Xander smiled up at her. "Hi, I'm Xander. And this is Bridge."

"Good," Bridge grins. "We've got... more old television, but apparently this is old even in this time, and brownies."

Rory wandered downstairs, wearing a shirt thankyouverymuch. "Hey," she said to the lobby at large.

"Hi Xander! Hi Bridge!" she said, perking up immediately and snatching up a brownie. "I'm Elle and this is Bruiser. We live down there." she pointed toward the door that was decorated with pink glitter and ribbons. "Thanks for this!" she chirped.

Z helped herself to a brownie and frowned at the TV. "Where's the color?"

Oh look, there goes the other eyebrow. "Er. No, shirtlessness is... very seldom wrong. Who's everyone?"

"Cool." Bridge grins. "We didn't exactly watch a lot of TV at the Academy. So there's lots of stuff I've never heard of before."

Cameron was just on his way back inside the dorms. He was wearing a shirt and a nametag saying 'John Crichton'. "Wow, people."

"Hi!" Bridge waves. He glances down the hall at the door, and... can't help but think that Elle reminds him a *lot* of Syd, only a few years older. And with a dog.
