2nd Floor Common Room - Sunday night

Her room was always big, but it seemed even larger and emptier now that Elizabeth was the only one in it.

So, with a blanket thrown around her shoulders and a box of chocolates in her hand, she headed to the common room and curled up in the corner of the sofa and started flicking through the channels.

Ooh, Insomnious on Lake Union. She loved this movie.

"Yeah, I guess that term could apply to me," Sam said, shrugging.

"Can you think of a better term?" Jamie asked.

She thought about that for a minute, "I used to hear grease monkey a lot when I was younger. It's not exactly complimentary, you know?"

"True. There has to be a cooler term out there for it. Something better than 'mechanically inclined' because that just sounds dull," Jamie said thoughtfully.

"Are you any good with tools?" Sam asked.

"Um. Used to be. I used to be able to access the memories of my duplicates and one of them was a car mechanic but recently my memory has become a bit... muddled."

"Oh, that's too bad," Sam said, having had some moments of muddled memory herself over the years, "if you ever want a refresher course, I'll be happy to help you out. The skills are pretty useful."

"I may have to take you up on that," Jamie said. "Be nice to get some of my skill sets back."

"Anytime. If I'm not outside working on something, I'll either be in my room or in the shop classroom."
