Rain kills motivation, so instead of visiting the gym, Isabel's curled up on a couch in the common room with a bowl of cereal for breakfast and cartoons on the TV.

"Hi Xander Bly! It goes well, except no cheerleading which is way sad." She remembered something. "Oh! I met another Xander who wasn't you!"

"No cheerleading?" Xander frowned. "That is troubling! And was that Xander Harris, or is there yet another Xander I'm not aware of?"

"I... don't remember, I think so." Buffy frowned back. "Oh, but anyway way troubling! I'm going to do something about it."

"I don't know... Do you play any sports?" Buffy looked hopeful.

Her face fell. "I don't think that's really a team sport. You don't play basketball or wrestle?"

"Well, I *can* play basketball. Skateboarding's just what I'm really good at." Xander clarified.

Buffy beamed at this. "So you'd maybe be willing to join a team? To play basketball? So there can be cheering?"
