Hallways, noon-afternoon

Buffy had thought ahead and handwavily ordered samples of cheerleader uniforms. In blue and yellow, of course, occasionally with a little white. And now she was wandering the hallways, looking for people to pressgang recruit into the wonders of cheerleading and/or basketball. And those she already HAD recruited, to let them know that there would be a meeting in the gym on Saturday. So far Alec was the only one who knew about that, and while she liked Alec just fine, her and Alec alone in the gym wouldn't help her cause any.

So she grabbed her notebook, grinned at the heart next to Zack Addy's name, many, cheerleading outfits and began roaming the hallways.

"Hi, Buffy." D smiled and held out her hand. "I'm D'anna." There was a brief pause. "This isn't a classroom thing right? Where we, like, encourage our classmates to be cheery, is it?"

"Hi, D'anna. Nice to meet you, and it's not, except sort of..." Buffy trailed off, frowning.

"Okaaaaaaaaaay... You drink a lot of coffee, don't you?"

Buffy tilted her head, puzzled. "I do love a good mocha, but I wouldn't say a lot compared to the mun's other character... Anyway! Cheerleading is, like, gymnastics and cheering and stuff, and it's hard to explain, but you should come see! And maybe try out?"

"That's movement and stuff that doesn't involve hitting people or being hit, right?" D was a little leary, but curious.

"The point is definitely no hitting of any kind," Buffy affirmed. "So you should come!"

"First meeting's tomorrow at noon!" Buffy beamed. "You'll see what it's about and stuff!"

"Right then. See you after my player gets off work there." D nodded and headed off to google 'cheerleading'.
