Gym: Wednesday Morning

Not his usual territory, but Jack's in the gym, poking at the equipment. He's oddly attracted to the practice swords, but he's not dumb enough to try using one when he doesn't know how.

He's not exercising, he's just hanging out, but that could change.

"Well," Sam said hopefully, "it should make your learning easier? Your body remembers."

"Oh, absolutely," he said. "Anything my body knows how to do is going to be a bonus. And I'm looking forward to finding out if it knows any other tricks I'm not aware of." He flashed her a wicked smile. "You might be able help me out with that, if you wanted."

"More than I am already? I'm not sure that's possible," she grinned back.

"Well, the context I have in mind, we could help each other. But you're right, I've imposed on you enough already," he teased, eyes twinkling as he looked down at her. "I wouldn't want to lure you away from motorcycles and equations and physics just to be impulsive."

"You're giving up on me already?" She pouted, but her eyes were bright.

"If I wasn't trussed up in all this gear, I'd show you how much I haven't given up on you."

Sam looked a bit smug at that. "Good. I'd hate to lose out this early in the learning process. You still have a few things to teach me."
