Third Floor Common Room, Sunday brunch-ish
Omelette time. After a week with Cafe Fina closed, Walter was willing to wait on other people again. At least after a fashion. In this case it meant that he had the appropriate setup for omelettes of almost any variety, a happy hellpuppy underfoot, and a good mood.
He flopped down on the couch, turned on the TV, and found something on the History Channel that wasn't about WWII or war at all for a change. Hurrah for Leonardo da Vinci for distracting the History Channel execs from war for a little while.
[ooc: Open for all, of course.]

Tempe was lulled out of her room by the scent of omelettes cooking. She followed the smell to the common room.
Entering the common room, she spotted the boy who had popped in on her and Blair's anthropological discussion to take a picture.
"Walter!"

She bent down to pet the many-eyed, slightly scary-looking hellpuppy. She scratched him behind the ears, talking in calming, nonsense syllables, hoping it wouldn't bite her.

sinusesface because that's what Pups do best."Brilliant!" Walter said, grinning. "Then you're in the right place. What would you like in your omelette?"
no subject
"Mushrooms, spinach and cheese, please, if you have them," Tempe replied. "Otherwise, surprise me."

Walter threw together her omelette and passed it over. "Specialty of the house. And how are you enjoying Fandom?"
no subject
"Mmm. This is awesome," Tempe said as she ate her omelette. "You're an excellent cook."

He grabbed his own omelette again and had a bite before asking another question. "Tell me a bit about yourself. Where are you from? What do you like to do?"
no subject
"I like to write. A lot. I'm working on a novel right now. I'm also interested in anthropology, and as such, I love observing people."

She shook her head. Why was she even trying to figure this out? "Well, either way, it doesn't matter. I'll just call you Pippi."

"I don't think I've met you yet. But I've seen you somewhere. In Astronomy, I think. Hello. I'm Stark."
