2nd Floor Common Room [Monday Evening]

Being someone who was pretty much naturally predisposed to being honest on any given day, Bridge really didn't see a reason to hide in his room. So here he was, sprawled out on a couch and idly flipping through channels until he caught a snippet of an all-too-familiar theme song. And for some reason, he can't bring himself to just flip past it. It's kind of like that thing where you just can't stop staring at a car accident right in front of you.

Yep. Bridge is watching Dekaranger.

"Hi," Rory said, waving as she walked in.

"Hi," Bridge says distractedly. Then after a moment: "Rory? You've met Cruger. Does that (http://pics.livejournal.com/bridge_carson/pic/0003t17r/g3)-" he waves at the screen, "look anything like him?"

A small grey kitten raced into the second floor common room, spreading the random bits of glitter still stuck in her fur all across the floor.

She finally stopped and looked up at the people watching the strange glowing box in the corner. She backed up, slightly, looking fearful. None of these people seemed to be her owner. Oh why, oh why had she run through that open door...

Faithful poked his head out of Alanna's pocket. "Meow?"

"Kitty!" Rory squealed, looking at the kitten. "Hi, little guy. Or girl. You're not left over from last week, are you?"

"Hey..." Bridge says, tilting his head at the kitten. "Did you lose your human?" he asks it.

"Awe, poor kid, who covered you in the shiny?" D'anna watched as the little furball dashed in.

D'anna had spent the day in her room because she was all about napping and being lazy. Eventually even that got boring so she wandered into the common room.

"Hey." She gave a way to those assembled as she took a seat on one of the couches.

"D'anna!" Bridge says with a wave. "Hi!"

Cordelia wanders in & waves to the crowd. "Hey people," she says, smiling for no apparent reason. She's just in a good mood.

Tempe wandered into the common room, looking panicked as anything. She waved to the people scattered around the room, and then said anxiously, "Has anyone seen a kitten wandering around? I've checked every other floor and I can't find her."

"Oh, she was *yours*?" Bridge asks with a grin. "I was trying to figure out who she belonged to."

Alanna glanced down at Faithful. "Tempe?"

"Gray, glittered and fond of alligator wrestling impressions attacking the air?" D asked.

Finally, Xander had to come out of his room just because the lack of peoplehood was driving him nuts, despite the risk of spilling TMI to those same people.

"Hey," he said cautiously as he entered, relieved to see that at least there were people here who... already knew most of his TMI, or would blush just as hard to hear it as he would if it blurted out of his mouth.

Zack wandered down from the third floor and flopped down on a couch. "Evening."

Callisto wandered into the common room. "You know, the only reason this common room resembles anything like cool is because someone was dumb enough to blow it up."

"I think it's cool because all my friends live here or else they come here to hang out," Rory pointed out.

Z walked in, blinked at the screen, and said, "That is totally a guy in a rubber suit."

"Teammate!" Bridge says with a wave. And an eyeroll at the TV. "I can't stop watching it. I don't know why. It's so bad."

Anakin walked into the common room, blissfully unaware that Rory had been oversharing with a good portion of the people gathered there. "Hello," he said, smiling.

Conner walked in in hopes of hijacking the cool TV to watch more soccer, only to find a lot of people there.

Also, the TV program looked different, yet familiar.

"Okay, those uniforms are whacked."

"That's what I've been *saying*!" Bridge says, throwing his hands up in disgust. "And it's not even like they have the excuse of the Rangers being a secret, in my time. So they should *totally* know what an SPD uniform looks like. But noooo."
