Dorm Roof, Wednesday afternoon

After his Karate workshop, Pip found himself with a burning need for a cigarette. And since he had promised Molly that he wouldn't smoke in the common room any longer, here he was, out on the roof in his exercise clothes, smoking said cigarette.

Walter had been thinking about that and nodded. "Yes. Yesterday I felt as though Nadia and Seras should be mad at me for something, but all day I felt quite annoyed with Alphonse."

Pip nodded. "Must be weird, having anger for someone but having no particular reason why."

"It is, but not as weird as wondering just what happened to make me fight with two girls in one day."

Pip nodded. "You must've done something baaaaad."

"Thanks," Walter said, making a face at Pip before taking another drag off his cigarette. "I wish I could remember, so I could avoid doing it again."

Well," Pip said. "Think of it like this. If you knew, everyone else would know. And they'd be really angry at you. Besides, think about it. It's a truth telling spell, right? Made you tell the truth. What truths would make Nadia and Seras really angry?"

"You don't think I've been thinking about that?" Walter asked, pushing his hair out of his face in frustration. "I have a good guess for Seras, but I'm not so sure about Nadia."

"Hmmm. Maybe something to do with Victor or Alucard? You know, sex stuff. Sex can drive a relationship apart."

Walter had a feeling that Pip was on the right track with that. "If that's it, then I should be alright, because it would take another truth spell to get me to talk about my past sex life."
