It didn't take a genious to try to figure out where Sakurazaki had disappeared to after archery. A part of her was still rather worried about her documentary, but training was so much more important than that. Bringing her camera with her (just in case) and an assurance that she was totally fine with settling for montage weapon demonstrations and reading off her historical notes helped settle her mind enough to centre her chi in no time.

Her arms were sore from the pure extent in which she had performed yesterday, though (basic training, in addition to obtaining footage and showing off to impress Jude was a lot for one session), so she works on the basic, repeative, overhead chopping excersizes that she always started with on the practise swords. The benefits of using an actual sword right now would be expontentially greater. With each chop, she could feel her muscles getting better, getting stronger, getting tighter. She was working up a sweat in no time; the rush of air from her sharp, precise actions felt amazing on her sweat-spotted face.

Following an absolutely beautiful football match between France and Spain, Peter headed down to the salle. With a nod to Setsuna who looked ~~afk~~ like she was concentrating deeply, he started his own stretching warm up then, taking a cue from his friend, moved on to work on the power moves he'd been ignoring a bit since he'd left Narnia. His arms and shoulders were definitely going to feel it tomorrow, but he set his teeth and worked all the harder after the first set showed just how much strength he'd lost in the past month.

Tim had ~~handwavily~~ heard about the salle, and had come to investigate.

Peter was in deep enough concentration that he didn't notice the new person until he lowered his sword after a long stretch of exercises. Wiping the sweat out of his eyes, he nodded to Tim and moved closer to him so as not to disturb Setsuna. "Afternoon," he said. "How goes it?"

"Not too bad." Tim said. "How long has this place been here?"

"Setsuna and I have been putting it together over the last week or so," Peter said. "Do you use a sword?"

"Gwynn's been teaching me." Tim said. "I recently got a magic sword that I kind of have to learn to use."

Peter nodded, his hand dropping to the hilt of Rhindon sheathed at his side, and quickly calculated how long these lessons could possibly have been going on as he spoke. "Indeed? I take it you've worked mainly with the practice blades then. Is the sword amenable to base drilling or does it prefer to be used only in battle."

*blink* "I, dont' know. I've only had to use it, at all really in one battle, and that was more as a symbol. Before that I've used it as a wand, which is what it started out as."

"I'd probably stick with a practice blade or find a different sword to drill with until you know for sure," Peter said. "Though being as new as you are to the work, I'd say stick with the practice blade anyway. At home, we'd have a blade made up for you of the same weight as your actual sword so you can build up strength and skill with that." He nodded. "Gwynn's a good warrior. What have you learned so far?"

"Just basic stuff. I already knew which end to hold so we were able to skip that. I know the basic stances and one or two basic attacks. Mostly it was defensive stuff."

"Because it really does no good to fight an enemy if you can't stop his blade from striking you," Peter agreed with a grin. "Well, if you ever would like another viewpoint or if Gwynn doesn't have enough time for her own training and yours, I'd be happy to offer my assistance. Again though, I'd advise against working with your blade until you're more familiar." He nodded. "And you may work in here if you'd like though Sakurazaki or I would like to see you drill first to make sure everyone's safe."

Tim nodded. "Thanks. Gwynn did reccomend I talk to you about this as well."

"Did she?" Peter asked with some amusement. "I'm honoured." He smiled at Tim again. "If you don't mind? I have some more training to do today. You're welcome to stay if you like."

"No problem." Tim said, and stood back to watch.

Peter saluted Tim and moved back to his side of the salle. He took a few moments to find his center again and then dove back into the strength and power moves he'd been working all afternoon. He could already feel his shoulders complaining, but that fact rather made him more determined to finish out the training session.
