Bridge was bored. So he'd dragged the telekinesis ball out of his room, since he hadn't practiced in a while, and sat down crosslegged on a couch in the common room to do so.

After a few minutes, he had the ball floating in a lazy circuit around the room.

"Yeah, and I've... never tested that, actually." Bridge says.

"You should. It's important to know your limits."

"Hmmm," Bridge says thoughtfully. "How do you suppose I do that?"

"You find someone to try to distract you, of course. By telling you jokes or tickling you or--oh! You should get Xander to kiss you while you try to do it. That'd be really distracting."

And no, of course she wasn't just recommending that because she wanted to watch boykissy.

"That," Bridge says, "is a really good idea."

"I get those, sometimes."

"...You're not just saying that because you'd want to watch, are you?" Bridge says, after a moment.
